工藝流程
初級(jí)破碎
花崗巖原石通過(guò)移動(dòng)站配置的振動(dòng)給料機(jī)均勻送入PE600×900顎式破碎機(jī)，完成粗碎加工，破碎效率高且出料粒度均勻。
篩分與二級(jí)破碎
初破后物料經(jīng)1860振動(dòng)篩預(yù)篩分，符合要求的骨料直接進(jìn)入成品環(huán)節(jié)；超規(guī)格物料轉(zhuǎn)入HPC220液壓圓錐破進(jìn)行中細(xì)碎，確保粒形優(yōu)良。
多級(jí)成品輸出
通過(guò)閉路循環(huán)篩分系統(tǒng)，最終產(chǎn)出0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20-31.5mm四種規(guī)格骨料，完全符合混凝土配比要求。
