作為國家重大交通工程配套項(xiàng)目，該生產(chǎn)線位于四川省高海拔區(qū)域（海拔3000米以上），專業(yè)處理川藏鐵路隧道施工產(chǎn)生的花崗巖洞渣（抗壓強(qiáng)度≥80MPa）。項(xiàng)目采用“就近加工、以廢為寶”模式，累計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)化洞渣400萬噸，所產(chǎn)砂石骨料直接用于鐵路混凝土澆筑及路基填筑，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源循環(huán)與工程建設(shè)雙軌并行。
二、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與實(shí)施亮點(diǎn)
定制化破碎工藝
三段破碎系統(tǒng)：
粗碎階段：HST250單缸液壓圓錐破實(shí)現(xiàn)高強(qiáng)度破碎，適應(yīng)花崗巖高磨蝕性特征；
中細(xì)碎階段：HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破通過層壓破碎優(yōu)化粒形，針片狀含量低于8%；
制砂整形階段：VSI6X1263制砂機(jī)配備雙模式轉(zhuǎn)子，成品砂細(xì)度模數(shù)可調(diào)（2.4-3.0），石粉含量可控。
智能篩分控制：多級圓振動篩構(gòu)成閉路循環(huán)，精確分級0-5mm（機(jī)制砂）、5-10mm、10-20mm等規(guī)格，級配連續(xù)性好。
高原環(huán)境適應(yīng)性升級
針對低溫缺氧工況，設(shè)備采用強(qiáng)化密封結(jié)構(gòu)、低溫油液適配及電機(jī)功率補(bǔ)償技術(shù)，年運(yùn)行時間超7200小時；
模塊化設(shè)計(jì)縮短安裝周期，生產(chǎn)線從建設(shè)到達(dá)產(chǎn)僅用時75天。

資源效益：洞渣綜合利用率達(dá)100%，減少棄渣場用地約150畝；
